Genan is very committed to employees and doing whatever it takes to bring them success in their position. There’s a lot of opportunity here to grow your own professional career in an awesome, team-oriented environment. Each and every day brings new challenges and learning experiences. I’m lucky to be able to say that I look forward to coming to work every day.
Courtney, Director of Logistics, Houston
As R&D Manager, I rely on the commitment of colleagues as well as the support of a management team which sees possibilities, not limitations. Genan sees innovation as a key element – and the factor, which is to take Genan to the future. Consequently, Genan management expresses full support to new ideas. I am surrounded by competent and dedicated colleagues, who professionally participate in and offer their backing to new projects. We have a friendly and at times teasing tone – but always with tongue in cheek. As is the case for all developers, my desk is always messy and at times even chaotic; but at Genan, employees are allowed to be who they are. Personally, I don’t think I could find another workplace, where I would meet this much enthusiasm and support.
Lars, R&D Manager, Viborg
At Genan, there is something new to tackle every day – it never gets boring. The technology is cutting edge and it’s great to be a part of that and contribute to its success. I know that I’m not just a number, but a part of something bigger and appreciated for what I bring to the table. This company takes good care of its employees. At the end of the day, cutting up tires is very cool.
