1,000 small secrets developed since 1990

Since 1990 the process concept of Genan has been developed and tested in practical production. All parts of the process have been adjusted and optimised to ensure a very high level of operating efficiency, automation, environmental friendliness, and finally, products of a very high quality.

Operating efficiency is not achieved only because Genan has had practical experience with all details of the plant for more than 20 years, but also because of the modular structure of the plant with parallel redundant units in all the important areas of the process. This means that production does not stop even if one unit is out of operation.

Furthermore, a fully automatic PC/PLC control and monitoring technique is used so that staff costs are low and the operating economy is sound.

The secret of the Genan process concept lies in the interaction between the single parts of the process. So it’s not a question of one big secret but rather of 1,000 small ones! Genan has its own engineering department, which is in charge of the development and preparation of for instance shredders, granulators and mills.
