Step 4: Quality control

The Genan quality assurance system is certified according to DIN/ISO 9001-2000 with a special focus on the two properties of powder and granulate, namely purity and homogeneity. These two properties are tested continuously.
 

The homogenity test is done to ensure that the grain size of the products is kept within the specifications. This is done by sieve analyses. 

Purity

Purity is tested according to a standardised procedure, during which the remaining metals and textile are measured. The Genan concept guarantees that the content of impurities is always below 0.01%.
