52% of the equity is owned by the founder and Chairman of the Board, Bent A. Nielsen.

Bent A. Nielsen has a long experience within the tyre and rubber industry and has, until 2003, owned and operated several European tyre retreading factories, tyre wholesale companies as well as a large European chain of tyre retail outlets in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden.

48% of the equity is owned by PKA, a group of Danish pension funds with a balance of € 15.7 billion.

English football is a step closer to reintroducing artificial pitches after the Football League announced plans to seek opinion on their possible return.
