Noise insulation

Rubber granulate can be used for noise reduction solutions in buildings as well as outdoor constructions.
In buildings, the rubber granulate is added to the materials used for the horizontal division between floors and/or partition walls.

In outdoor constructions, noises from trains and tramcars are found to be reduced significantly if rubber plates are placed around the rails. The plates are made out of rubber powder with polyurethane as the binding material.
